1.  How safe is it to purchase products online with you?
Very safe.  We do not handle your credit card or your personal information at all, it is instead handled either through Paypal or Amazon.  So you can be assured that your information is being handled by professionals who are using the latest security standards at all times.

2.  How quickly do you ship?
We pack and ship your product as soon as we get the sale notification if the post office is still open.  Sometimes it is the same day, sometimes it is the next day.  Either way, you get your product fast!

3.  Do you offer delivery confirmation and tracking numbers?
We add free package tracking when you select expedited shipping.  We will upgrade your shipping so that you will get a tracking number sent to you in an email whenever you select EXPEDITED shipping.   Expedited shipping is done by US Postal Service's "Priority Mail" which has a delivery time of about 2-3 business days.  You do not get a tracking number with regular standard shipping.  Standard shipping has a delivery time of 4-7 business days.

4.  Do you ship out of the country?
Yes, when you choose to pay the international shipping rates, we will ship to certain countries as listed on Amazon's Shipping Rates page here.

5.  Do you have a guarantee on your products?
Yes.  We guarantee the items that we sell are all in the condition described.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or you find that your item is not in the condition described let us know and we will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and that we preserve our good name.  Additionally, you can use Paypal protection or Amazon's A-Z guarantee depending upon whether you checked out with Paypal's shopping cart or Amazon's shopping cart.

6.  What if a product is defective or does not work?
If a product is defective, please call us at 412-823-2688 to arrange a return and refund.  We make no claims for any metaphysical, magical, or healing properties of any herbs, oils, or spiritual items that we sell. But we will accept returns and issue a refund or partial refund depending upon your complaint.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, perishable items (oils, herbs, incense, etc.) that are returned are immediately discarded and are NEVER returned to stock.

7.  How do I return a product?
If the package is unopened, you may send it back to our store at:

8.  How can I be assured that you are a reputable business?
We publish our real address, email address and phone number on our website.  We work with our customers over the phone, face to face, or over the internet.  We also have reviews and feedback on our Amazon store that you can review at any time.  (See below.)
